I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Ice Cream…Dress?!

Lately I’ve been ditching the collars on my dogs and embracing dresses and vests that come attached with a ring for your pet’s leash. I think it’s a brilliant idea and more and more companies are starting to incorporate a harness onto their clothing.

Take a look at this wonderful addition to my collection:

Here’s why I like it:

My dogs are so small and fragile as it is that I always cringed at the idea of pulling them on the leash from their collar. I would sometimes have to do this as their outfits did not permit to have a harness over it.
Safe, stylish and practical. I like that i can snap the leash on and off without having to search for the ring. It adds a nice touch to the outfit and has a safer feel. Dogs sometimes slip out of their collars. But with these outfits equipped with harnesses that are secured two ways, at the belly and at the neck.
No more tangled collars at the neck!

Check out Cha-Cha Couture, where they have a wonderful selection of harness dresses and vests and also where this Ice Cream dress is from! It was a limited edition, but there are other super cute styles!

Upon receiving the dress from Kim, Cha-Cha Couture’s owner, I was so pleased with it that I just knew I needed to set up a photo shoot. What better way to portray an ice cream dress than at an ice cream parlor?

Meet Ralph, owner of Vanilla Bean Creamery in Cranford, New Jersey. At Vanilla Bean the ice cream is freshly made and deliciously divine. They serve all sorts of goodies and are dog friendly with their outside eating area!
If you live in the area be sure to check them out, your taste buds will thank you!
